Shipping policy

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship all orders via USPS Standard Mail.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery address.

  • Estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 business days within the United States, but may vary depending on USPS service in your area.

Delays

  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak holiday seasons or due to USPS service disruptions. We are not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to USPS.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the USPS system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

  • For lost packages, please reach out to USPS directly with your tracking number.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
